What are Ways to Reduce Stress and Sleep?

Stress is a huge risk factor for a sleep disorder. Lots of people struggle with stress and they do not know how to stop stress. When you have a lot of stress it is a known fact that you can have trouble with sleeping at night.

Ways to reduce stress:

- Start looking at what is causing you stress. Make a journal and write down what is going on. See if there are activities at work or at home causing you stress.

- Find some support from family and even close friends that you can talk to about your stress. Talking about stress and getting the problems off your mind can help a lot.

- Exercise can help to reduce stress because it will loosen up your muscles so they will not be tight.

- A healthy diet and having healthy food can reduce stress. 

- Have a regular routine with sleep and try to get around 7-8 hours of sleep. Having odd sleep hours can cause stress.
