Sleepwalking is experienced throughout all different ages. This event is not unusual to the human person. Here are a few suggestions about sleepwalking.

Safety is one of the biggest issues with sleepwalkers. You will want to try to help them from harming themselves and not allowing them to go outside. 

Invest in you some motion detects that will set off an alarm. This is to help you to know that your sleepwalker is awake and that you want to get up and try to get them back into their bed. 

Sleepwalkers are in a deep state of sleep when this occurs. These types of people do not know what is going on at that certain time. Wake this person up. They may seem confused and disoriented, but it will be okay.
