What are Some Dangers of Not Sleeping?

Not sleeping enough can cause a lot of dangers. Many people are not aware of the dangers that can happen. The list is such a big list that not all of the answers will be provided but this list that I am about to share will help you understand why sleep is important.

Dangers Of Not Sleeping:

- Depression and mental disorders can happen.
- Wreck less driving from falling asleep behind the wheel.
- Lack Of Concentration during work hours or daytime.
- Lack of appetite
- Feelings of low self esteem could come up.
- Anti-social
- Unable to do studies
- Not being able to complete chores from being fatigued
- Possible accidents in the house and kitchen
 
When you do not get enough sleep not only are you putting yourself at danger but you could be putting someone else in danger because you will become very vulnerable to accidents happening.
