What are some sleep solutions

Falling asleep can be really hard to do and more so if you have had a stressful day. These are some basic sleep solutions that you can do to hopefully fall into a deep sleep and wake up feeling better the next day.

Simple Sleep Solutions:

- Drink some milk before bed
- Exercise in the morning every day. Activity is healthy for you.
- Reduce stress by mediation and listening to calming music.
- Don't eat chocolate at night nor soft food drinks.
- Take Omega-3 Supplements and keep up to date on your vitamins plus minerals. Just having a lack of one vitamin can cause you to not sleep.

When you are not able to get enough sleep and you have tried everything do not be afraid to contact your doctor and find out what is going on before it starts getting really bad.
