With so many causes of sleep paralysis it's important for you to get treated right away to find out what your cause is. Without knowing the cause, the doctor will not be able to start treatment and it could get really severe if you do not get treatment. Sometimes treatment might vary, while one could just have a change with diet another might need to have surgery or medications. It's very important that you try and walk around during the day and eat the right amount of food regardless of what the actual cause might be unless if the doctor says otherwise.
