What are Symptoms of Problem Sleepiness?

When you are experiencing that sleepiness has started to affect your daily routines and even activities, it is known as “problem sleepiness.” A person could be experiencing this problem and not even realizing that it is happening. 

There are several symptoms that you might start realizing when you have with a sleepiness issue:

- If you cannot get the appropriate amount of sleep;

- Poor sleeping quality;

- While driving you fall asleep;

- When reading or watching TV you have a hard time staying awake;

- Having difficulties trying to concentrate and pay attention while at home, work, or school;

- Performance problems have become an issue at school or work;

- Sometimes you are told by other people that you might be getting sleepy;

- have a hard time remembering things;

- Very slow to respond;

- Are not able to control your emotions;

- It is a must that you take a nap.

A person could be experiencing this problem and not even realizing that it is happening.
