Vitamins are needed in your daily diet and sometimes you need to take a lot of vitamins. When you need to take a lot due to poor nutrition or other reasons sometimes it is best to take a multivitamins. There are many multivitamins available that you can take. Some of them include potassium, minerals, magnesium and zinc plus Vitamins a,b,c,d,k,b-12 and many others. It all depends on what kind of multivitamin you need and want to take. Multivitamins should be taken according to what the directions say and your doctor should know about other medications you are on before you start taking multivitamins. Sometimes you will need to take food and other times you will not. There are some multivitamins that you should not take for more then a year without it causing possible health problems so check and find out what ones you should only take for a short time.
