What is Jet Lag?

With in a person’s body there are various cues that help to determine the wake cycle and natural sleep, generally known as the Circadian rhythm. A cue that effects many is the difference with it being light outside and then dark. Another cue has to do with the linear time. These two certain cues can be altered when a person is traveling. This well-known condition is known as jet lag. 

Jet lag is a condition that usually happens to airplane passengers that are going into different time zones. When it becomes your regular bedtime when a person is experiencing jet lag you might start feeling a little disoriented or even confused. 

Some of the main symptoms that you might also experience with jet lag is general irritability, sinus congestion, mild depression, and also headaches. If you are traveling from west to the east you might experience jet lag as being worse.
