What is Dyssomnias?

If you have problems trying to stay in a deep sleep or either going to sleep then you might have Dyssomnias. When this goes on in long periods of time it can cause a lot of problems because of the amount of sleep that you are losing.

Often times all it could take is a therapy section with a change of diet at hand in order to be able to sleep at night and recover from Dyssomnias. There could also be some over the counter drugs the doctor might use for treatment depending on how severe your case is.
