What causes Jet Lag? |
One of the main cause of experiencing jet lag is when you are crossing into different time zones. When you are traveling from east, it is generally worse than it would be if you was going west. A child under the age of three does not seem to be effected by jet lag as bad as older children. An adult that can adjust to changes of their routines does not seem to suffer from jet lag. If you are excited, over-tired, nervous, stressed, or experiencing a hang over before your flight takes off, then you are just setting yourself up to have a dose of jet lagging. If you are wanting to get the most excitement out of this trip then you will want to be sure that you get a wonderful night’s sleep before you depart. Dry air is another leading cause of jet lag to airline passengers. If you are a person that is living in a humid condition, once you get on the plane you might experience jet lag. The dry air might cause you have a dry throat, cough, cold or even a headache. So be sure that you drink plenty of water.
